This comes with everything needed to install your bypass barn doors. All you supply is the doors. There are some tricky measurements to figure out where to place the brackets on the doors. I recommend simply standing the doors up in the space over the opening and also in the space the doors will be in when open. Also, I needed to add a stop for the inner door so that it would not slide beyond the bottom guide. It also isn’t clear in the instructions that the outer door must be the leading door. Otherwise, it cannot stay in the guide when the doors close.

I purchased unstained alder wood door. I had custom cabinets made out of alder. I was able to stain them to match. I am using it as a door to the master closet. Beautiful door that completes the room.

I was impressed by the quality of the hardware and ease of installation. My only recommendation would be to use a different screw for mounting the top-mount rollers. The first two heads snapped off while tightening them. Any good #10 flat wood screw should work. I used the PowerPro 10x2 1/2" to get a little more penetration.

This system came out much better than we anticipated, Looks and works great. Beautifully separates our finished basement from my wife’s shop area. Could not be happier. I made some minor modifications to the hanging doors to give the doors a more finished appearance when closed.

Fast shipping. Excellent quality. I needed a spacer kit to ensure the door cleared my chair rail molding, customer service reached out to me to ensure they sent the correct spacer and bolt sizes. Kit came with great step by step instructions. I also got the soft close kit which is a must have with kids and it works perfectly. I could not be more happy with this kit, would highly recommend! The wife is so happy she wants barn doors for the closet now, will definitely be using Dusty’s in the future!

We had three doors opening into the same hallway area, just a miserable arrangement. We eliminated two of the doors with the single track bypass kit and it worked out perfectly. The hardware is good quality, the instructions and support were excellent. We needed an additional track spacer and the new style stops after we began our installation. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and mailed the parts right out to us so we could complete our project. We would definitely come back to Dusty’s for any future barn door projects, thanks for a nice product.
