When I ordered the double bypass door hardware, I was uncertain about its install. I should have checked better to verify that all parts were there. They may have been, but I am not certain. I ended up one roller short and had to order another. This roller worked well and matched perfectly. Thank you

Great quality hardware!
all parts arrived quickly and as advertised. My only (minor) complaint is that the top mount rollers were a little tricky to install. An improvement would be to have the mounting holes line up with the center of the roller. That way you don't have to account for the offset. For sure would order from Dusty's again, great product!
This is such a beautiful addition to our upstairs primary bedroom. I did struggle with the ordering process and had to alter it once and missed the right glass type selection and the soft close hardware. I guess as a first time buyer I could have used some assistance. Additionally, the delivery of the door was quite a bit longer than I would have expected.

We installed our barn door using Dusty’s track system. We added the soft close afterwards and can’t imagine NOT having this. WOW, what a difference this makes and it soooo smooth. Love it!

We love the hardware we received for the doors. The only variable was the thickness of two of our doors being hung, I needed to purchase locally smaller bolts for attaching the parts to the door.

I installed 2 sets of bypass doors with a total of 7 doors. The Dusty's package has really solid hardware and excellent instructions. This was my first time installing any barn doors so I wasn't exactly sure how they all went together but this package was really simple. Highly recommend.
