Very stout. Heavy hardware. Will definitely hold a door up to 200#. Mine is about 60#. Nicely built. I liked this company more than two other competitors because they answered the phone and were respectful to me as a female DIY’er. That’s the clincher for me.

After 21 years and ~200,000 cycles, one of my rolling door hangers started making a little noise, so I bought new ones. Kind of expensive - but not considering the useful lifetime. The new hangers are so smooth and quiet, the door almost moves on it's own.
Love the glide and no visible hardware. Wish I knew the door needed to be 8’ wider on both sides to clear the doorway fully. Other than needing a larger door, it’s great!

Great quality products. Customer service experience and shipping speed was a little bumpy with poor communication and a very delayed delivery. With that said, the doors and hardware look amazing and of fantastic quality.
Product with complete and understandable instructions for a DYIer. Product exactly as described and shipped without incident. My only suggestion would be to add a few more diagrams as it is easy to mount the track upside down.

High quality hardware and easy to install. I liked the fact that the six foot track length was one piece instead of trying to join two pieces together as I have had to do with other hardware kits.

Very impressed with the online step by step installation process on YouTube, Also the Shipment of hardware was very quick and complete. Just as promised!! I am satisfied with the product. However, after the purchase I was quite surprised to discover that there was a foreign transaction fee charged. The product shipped from the US, I live in the US, prices are in US dollars - shouldn't be any currency exchange happening. Even if it is a legitimate charge, there should have been some notification of this charge during check-out; there was absolutely no indication anywhere, or at any time, that this charge would be applied to my order.
I would like the fee refunded, thank you.

I am amending my rating to 5-stars because Dusty's reached out to me and explained that although they did not impose the foreign transaction fee, they would refund the amount to my card, which they did promptly with no argument or hassle. This kind of customer service is uncommon these days and it speaks very highly of their business ethic. Thank you Aidan for your stellar customer service.
As to the product itself: All parts were completely as described and of good quality. The instructions were clear and guided me through the installation process with no mistakes. I am very happy with my project results thanks to Dusty's products and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality; and at the most affordable price for my door size (6'w x 8'h) that I was able to find anywhere.

I really like the hardware and install was really straight forward. The only gripe I have is the bolt layout when adding an extension rail. The 16” OC doesn’t continue when you add an extension rail which is irritating. Extension rails should continue the 16” OC bolt pattern and it would make the layout much more straightforward. Other than that I love it. I haven’t completed the full install yet as I haven’t built the door yet, but from the looks of the h/w it will turn out great.

Since the same tracks are used for longer sections (8' and above), each track will be 16' to center but will be different in the middle. We do show that on our specification drawings. It would be best to use a header board for mounting tracks longer than 8'

I always look outside of Amazon for Products. Anytime I can find a vendor that sells great goods straight from their own website, I’m in. Dusty’s had excellent reviews and I knew when I read some of them I’d be pleased with my product. Let me tell you, the quality of the metal was far better than I expected.
