Classic Strap Bypass Barn Door Hardware Kit by Dusty's Rustic Rolling Doors
With its traditional hanger style, the Classic Strap Bypass Barn Door Hardware Kit goes well with almost any style of sliding door. A bypass kit uses two rolling doors and two tracks instead of one. The outside track is cantilevered in front of the first track so that the doors roll in front and behind each other. Bypass kits are typically used when there is insufficient wall space to the right and/or the left of the wall opening. This is a barn door hardware kit and does not include doors. Configuration Options
2 Doors
Standard configuration. Two tracks, one door on each track. Both doors stack flush on top of each other when pushed to the open position
3 Doors
A third door is added to the standard configuration. Two doors on the inside track and the 3rd door on the outside track. The two doors on the inside track do not bypass each other
4 Doors
Two doors on each track. The two outer doors overlap the inner doors when in the closed position. The front doors sit flush in front of the back doors when in the open position. Typically used for wide doorways or for dividing rooms

We recently went through a major renovation. The main bedroom closet measurements were done incorrectly & our plan for sliding doors wouldn’t work without major rework. We started researching options. Looking at barn door options appeared to be too intrusive and we would then have issues with the door into the room which is right next to the closet opening. We found Dusty’s hardware and could not be happier! It looks stunning but, more importantly, it’s very well made and safe holding very heavy doors. Plus the option we selected gives us a low enough profile for us to open the room door completely. It was also nice to have so many decorative options even though we ended up liking the more straight/square one. The soft close bumpers are a must have so be sure to add them to your order. 100% recommend this product.

I thought that it would take some time to get my double door 8 foot order, but I was wrong. It can to me in perfect condition and was packaged very well.... heavy, but in perfect shape. I unpacked it and moved it to the room it will be installed. That is as far as I got, so far, but cannot wait to install it. I have finished the other parts of the room, but I have to reinforce the wall where these doors will live. That will take some time. I will update this when I get to the assembly.

Very impressed with the online step by step installation process on YouTube, Also the Shipment of hardware was very quick and complete. Just as promised!! Heavy duty hardware, first rate quality you can tell immediately when you open the box, I would definitely use Dusty's Rolling doors on my next project.

I recently installed two barn doors over a 100” opening, so each door was 53” wide and the total run was 13’. It was my first time using Dusty’s hardware.
I found the hardware very strong and easy to work with. Each of my doors weighed 120 pounds and the hardware handled it with ease.
Two observations. The door stops on the rail are the best design I’ve ever seen, and I’ve installed well over 100 doors. Dusty’s door stop is configured to slide past and over the lag bolt head which is just brilliant. The ‘J’ straps are strong and the wheels roll very smoothly.
If I had a suggestion it would be to move to a 5” lag bolt for attaching the rail to the wall. The four inch supplied lag bolts are too short for a heavy door, and 5” is not too long when using a mounting board on the wall, and I would never install a door without a mounting board.
But beyond that I liked the hardware and Dusty’s will be my go-to for hardware from now on.
