Door Thickness
Compatible with doors 1- 3/4" thick. Hardware for thicker or thinner doors available on request
Weight Capacity
Built for a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs per door
Track Length Options
Choose from track length from 5' to 7' long. Longer track lengths are available upon request
Overhead Clearance
This kit requires 5-3/4" from top of door to ceiling for installation
Distance From Wall
The distance from wall to outside edge of door is 2-1/8"
Configuration Options
Single Door
A single door is used for narrow doorways that have enough space on one side of the doorway to slide the door over when opening it. Doorways without enough space will require a bypass hardware kit.
Recommended track length: twice the width of your door
Double Door
A double door (bi-part) configuration is used when there is enough space on both sides of the doorway. The doors meet in the middle and are pushed to either side when opening.
Recommended track length: twice as long as the combined width of both of your doors

We had some issues with wrong side bolts and a bent leatherneck bar and the customer service team at rustic rolling doors were excellent. Helped us get everything we needed and the door is up and looks and works great.
I'm glad to hear that we were able to resolve everything. On rare occasion tracks can be bent in transit, but we always work to get them replaced ASAP. Thank you for your review and the picture of your installation...the door looks great!
