Top Mount Barn Door Hardware Kit by Dusty's Rustic Rolling Doors
With its unique top-mount design, this hardware kit is great for installations where there is insufficient space on the front of the door to mount a traditional, front-mounted hanger. Common uses are for glass doors or doors with ornate designs. This is a barn door hardware kit and does not include doors. We do sell barn doors and they can be found on the Barn Door Collection Page.

Track Length Options
Choose from track length from 4' to 20' long on the "Track Length" dropdown menu
Overhead Clearance
This kit requires 4-7/16" from top of door to ceiling for installation
Distance From Wall
The distance from wall to outside edge of door is 2-1/4"
Sturdy Hardware
Heavy-duty 1/4" powder-coated steel tracks and hangers are built tough to last a lifetime
Configuration Options
Single Door
A single door is used for narrow doorways that have enough space on one side of the doorway to slide the door over when opening it. Doorways without enough space will require a bypass hardware kit.
Recommended track length: twice the width of your door
Double Door
A double door (bi-part) configuration is used when there is enough space on both sides of the doorway. The doors meet in the middle and are pushed to either side when opening.
Recommended track length: twice as long as the combined width of both of your doors

It was perfect for what I needed. The wheels are sturdy and smooth, and the directions were easy to follow. My one note would be to make sure you measure the door and how high you want it to hang. I would add 1/4" to 1/2" to the suggested measurement in the directions. Otherwise, the experience was great.

all parts arrived quickly and as advertised. My only (minor) complaint is that the top mount rollers were a little tricky to install. An improvement would be to have the mounting holes line up with the center of the roller. That way you don't have to account for the offset. For sure would order from Dusty's again, great product!

We love the hardware we received for the doors. The only variable was the thickness of two of our doors being hung, I needed to purchase locally smaller bolts for attaching the parts to the door.
